Job Title – Data Analyst – 6 months fixed contract – full time.

BerGenBio is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing transformative drugs targeting AXL as a potential cornerstone therapy for aggressive diseases, including immune-evasive, therapy resistant cancers, fibrosis and viral infection. The Company has offices and laboratories in Bergen and its clinical development team are located in Oxford UK.
This is a newly created position for an enthusiastic individual looking to gain hands-on experience to join us for six months. Based within the Pharmacovigilance Department you will be updating safety data and collating ECG/QT data in support of current development programs. You will also support the clinical projects team with analysis of clinical endpoints.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the BerGenBio development portfolio through the review and analysis of data to create aggregate safety reports/ documents and presentations for internal and external use (including Safety Topic Review, Regulatory Submissions, Conferences, Board Meetings, Advisory Boards, Safety Review Committee and Programme teams.)
- Gathering developing information on clinical trial landscape and current treatment options.
- Support movement of translational science work into clinical development.
With a proven ability to involve and motivate others to work towards the team objectives, you can quickly establish good working relationships with cross functional groups. You hold a bachelor’s degree in life science or a higher level degree (Master’s or PhD preferred). You must be highly organised, know how to prioritise and be able to work independently. Fluent spoken and written English essential.
