Our CRO Services include single or multiple simultaneous target discovery & validation studies. These studies can originate from client-provided target sequences or from shRNAs identified through our CellSelectRNAi technology platform. We can then identify a target sequence role in disease states using our proprietary in vitro models and the progression of the disease can be visualized in real time using our CellSelectImaging technology. In vivo models can also act as disease treatment mimetic using our Select Regulated system .
Clients or Partners can utilize BerGenBio's cell lines and comprehensive suite of assay systems or we can provide tailored cell lines and disease modeling systems. Following target validation, compound and therapeutic screening services are offered to fast track lead compound selection for pre-clinical development.
