Bergen, Norway, 6 February 2024 - BerGenBio ASA (OSE: BGBIO), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel, selective AXL inhibitors for severe unmet medical needs, will announce its results for the fourth quarter 2023 on Wednesday 14 February 2024.
BerGenBio's senior management team will provide a business update at 10:00 am CET.

Warrants
As part of the Rights Issue offering completed in June 2023, BerGenBio issued Warrants to the subscribers in the offering. The Warrants are tradable under the ticker BGBIS on the Oslo Stock Exchange up to 8 April 2024. The holders of the Warrants can exercise the Warrants 1 – 15 April 2024.
