CRO Services

BerGenBio offers contract research and development services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and is actively pursuing collaborations for pipeline development of novel drug targets and therapeutics, including small molecules, antibodies and RNAi drugs.

Typical CRO Services include single or multiple simultaneous target validation studies. These either originate with client provided target sequences or shRNAs determined using CellSelectRNAi. Their role in disease state is determined using a variety of in vitro and in vivo models.  Using CellSelectRegulated, shRNA knockdown can be selectively induced to initiate knockdown at different stages during disease progression, and tumor growth can be visualized in real time using CellSelectImaging technology.

For fully validated targets, compound and therapeutic screening services are offered to fast-track lead compount selection for pre-clinical development.
