CellSelectRNAi is a suite of technologies for the production and screening of large libraries of shRNA RNA interference elements.

Typically we produce and screen 100-300 shRNAs per target gene, guaranteeing not only identification of several highly effective shRNAs but also a collection of shRNAs that trigger a range of lesser knockdowns, producing an ‘epi-allelic series’.
