Our lead novel cancer target: BGB001

BGB001 is a monoclonal antibody therapeutic against a novel receptor Tyrosin Kinase. This target is indicated in many metastatic cancers particularly ones with an EMT activity.
BGB324
BGB324 is the first-in-class AXL inhibitor. BerGenBio has shown that AXL, a surface expressed tyrosine kinase, is an essential mediator of intracellular signalling associated with metastasis and the acquisition of chemo resistance. BGB324 will be administered orally in combination with existing chemo drugs.
Clinical Trials
BerGenBio will take BGB324 in to human clinical trials in 2012.
